Help - Where can you get more support with IT?
If you need specific help with a device or technical issue, for example you can't get your laptop onto the College wi-fi, the first place to visit is the technical service help-desk. This can be found at the entrance to the Wentworth Building. You can also ring them for support using the number on the left.
Digital resources support
If you need any help with using any of the resources you've seen in the Digital Induction you can ask your tutor, who will do all they can to assist you. If your tutor isn't available, or can't help, the best place to go is the Library. There are in fact three libraries in College. One in each of the the Clifton and Eastwood Buildings of Town Centre Campus and one at the Dinnington Campus. If you've not been to them ask your tutor to arrange an Induction for your class.
In the Libraries the staff are available to answer questions about all your basic IT needs. If they can't help there and then (and many of our students have IT skills beyond even our team!) they will try to arrange to get someone to help as soon as possible.
